WELCOME TO TAIWAN

So... We are in Taiwan!
We got here last night really late after 7 hrs flight from Bos to Lax then 4 hr layover then 13 hrs from LAX to TPE... finally after 2 hrs bus ride we got to ASIA UNIVERSITY!

Two students went to pick us up in the airport! They are sooo nice.... they smile and laugh at us and answer everything we ask... even when they dont understand what we are saying... they just say something else....

After stopping at a Seven Eleven and a drunk, one armed Taiwanese guy loving to practice his english with Hank... (poking him and saying BOY)
we finally got to the Uni

When we got here there was a group of students here to greet us...
All together they welcomed us, told us their names and giggled as they pronounced our names...

The girls showed us to our rooms! They are pretty much like american dorms... everything is new and clean... our beds are up high and THEY ARE HARD!!!!

the beds are made of wood and the mattress is a bamboo thing that we use at the beach... YIKES!
so this night I got no sleep at all.. still adjusting to the bed and time zone...

jen on the other hand passed out!!! i wish...
